We are Income Outcome LLC, doing business as Morpheus and Hire Morpheus ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States at 5830 E 2nd St., Casper, WY 82609.
We operate the website hiremorpheus.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms" collectively, the "Services").
Morpheus is an AI digital employee platform that helps business owners automate daily operations. Users interact with their personal AI assistant through Telegram and a web dashboard at app.hiremorpheus.com. The service handles tasks including email management, calendar scheduling, document creation, competitive intelligence reports, and external API integrations. Each customer gets an isolated environment with encrypted data storage. Users provide their own API keys (OpenRouter for AI, Google Workspace for calendar/docs/sheets) and connect third-party services through the dashboard. Payment processing is handled via Stripe.

27. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and content. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or taking action based on it.
28. Third-Party API Credentials and Services
You may connect third-party services (such as Google Workspace, social media platforms, and other APIs) to your Morpheus account. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary throttling or suspension of your account.
30. Security of API Keys and Credentials
While we employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) to protect API keys and credentials, no security system is impenetrable. You are responsible for safeguarding your own API keys, tokens, and credentials. We strongly recommend using dedicated accounts and keys for use with Morpheus rather than sharing credentials used for other purposes.
31. Service Availability and Uptime
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. You should not rely on the Service as your sole means of performing time-critical business operations without independent backup processes.
32. Data Processed by AI Agent
The AI agent processes data you provide through conversations, connected services, and uploaded content. This data may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers. You agree not to share sensitive personal information of third parties (such as Social Security numbers, medical records, or financial account numbers) without proper authorization and consent.
